Entry Fee Standard

The registration fee for each parrot is 300RMB per session for entries completed before the final deadline of November 10, 2025.

1. AWARD CATEGORIES

-Best Male (Best of Male): One award per breed, per age category.  

-Best Female (Best of Female): One award per breed, per age category.  

-Best Color (Best of Color): Multiple awards per breed, per age category.  

-Best of Breed (Best of Breed): One award per breed, per age category.  

-Best in Group (Best in Group): Top 1–4 placements per group, per age category.  

-Best in Show (Best in Show): Top 1–4 placements overall, per age category.  

2. CHINA CHAMPIONSHIP TITLES

(I) Eligibility Requirements  

1. Parrots must be registered with EPCC with DNA samples collected.  

2. Provide pedigree certificates or recognized leg band microchip numbers. Scores are validated by verifying chip numbers during competitions; non-chipped parrots must wear leg bands onsite.  

(II) Championship Title Tiers  

-CN CH (China Champion): Full China Beauty Champion title.  

-Res. CN CH (Reserve China Champion): Provisional title (equivalent to 0.5 CN CH).  

-YCN CH (Youth China Champion): Youth China Champion title.  

-RYCN CH (Reserve Youth China Champion): Provisional youth title (equivalent to 0.5 YCN CH).  

(III) Title Certification  

1.Youth Champion Title Certificate :  

   - Earn 3 YCN CH cards (2 RYCN CH = 1 YCN CH).  

   - Granted "Y.CN.CH" prefix.  

   - Issued Youth Champion Title Certificate.  

2.China Champion Title Certificate :  

   - Earn 4 CN CH cards (2 Res. CN CH = 1 CN CH).  

   - Granted "CN CH" prefix.  

   - Issued China Champion Title Certificate.  

3. COMPETITION LEADERBOARD   

(I) Leaderboard Categories  

-Annual Leaderboard:  

  - Young Bird Leaderboard: For parrots aged<8 months.  

  - Adult Bird Leaderboard: For parrots aged≥8 months.  

-Aviary Leaderboard:  

  - Ranked by registered aviary name.  

  - Only top 10 aviaries published annually; year-end honors awarded.  

-Breed-Specific Leaderboard:  

  - Young Bird Breed Leaderboard: Per breed,<8 months.  

  - Adult Bird Breed Leaderboard: Per breed,≥8 months.  

Scoring Basis: Points equal the number of parrots objectively defeated in same-breed competitions (1 point per defeat).  

(II) Update Schedule  

- Starting January 1, 2026, Leaderboard updates every second week of the month.  

- Scores reflect results up to the last event of the previous month.  

(III) EPCC Championship Leaderboard Scoring  

A parrot’s score = Number of parrots objectively defeated in a single competition (1 point per defeat).  

(IV) Aviary Breeder Exhibition Group Scoring  

Score = Total points earned by all registered parrots from the aviary in competitions.

1. Prohibited Conditions for Entry

(1) Contagious Diseases: Failure to provide valid Avian Influenza vaccination certifi-

cates or quarantine documents.

(2) Aggressive or Excessive Stress Behavior: Parrots exhibiting severe aggression,

persistent screaming, or uncontrollable struggling during the show.

(3) Legal Ownership of Species:Inability to provide proof of legal origin and breeding

identification.

(4) Feather Damage or Artificial Modification: Non-natural conditions such as molting, broken feathers, dyeing, or excessive trimming.

(5) Congenital Deformities or Disabilities: Defects affecting normal presentation,

such as beak deformities or foot lesions.

(6) Other Conditions Deemed Ineligible by EPCC.

2. Competition Precautions:

(1) Participants shall consciously comply with local public security management

regulations.

(2) Competing members must hold valid Avian Influenza vaccination certificates or

quarantine documents.

(3) Contestants must wear formal attire; casual or sportswear is prohibited in the

competition area.

(4) All participants must unconditionally comply with the judges' rulings and accept

competition results.

(5) Non-registered parrots and parrots belonging to non-members are strictly prohibited from entering the competition area.

(6) Should any disease symptoms appear in a parrot during the competition, promptly seek diagnosis and treatment from the on-site veterinarian.

(7) Distribution of any promotional materials within or around the competition venue

is prohibited without written permission from EPCC.

Registration Methods

1. Offline Registration: Register in person at the club.

2. Online Registration: Fill out the Championship Show Entry Form online via the official WeChat service account.

3. Registration through Local Clubs: Contact EPCC local branch for assistance.

Note:

All relevant entry fees must be paid via the designated WeChat payment QR code by the registration deadline.

The club does not accept on-site registration in any form.
