China International Pet ShowCIPS and PetQuip join hands again! PetQuip Awards to build a sustainable future for the UK and China pet industry
As a core bridge connecting the global pet industry, the China International Pet Show (CIPS) has always promoted the coordinated development of the industry with an international perspective. Following the previous in-depth cooperation with the International Trade Association of Pet Equipment Suppliers (PetQuip), we have joined hands again to focus on the newly upgraded PetQuip Awards this year, continuously deepening the exchanges between the Chinese and British pet industries and injecting new impetus into the sustainable innovation of the global pet industry.
The all-new PetQuip Awards are making a grand debut, witnessing the outstanding power of the industry
As the authoritative pet industry award in the UK, the highly anticipated PetQuip Awards has returned with a "brand-new look". Not only are the award settings more in line with the industry's development trends, but the shortlist also brings together highly creative and resilient enterprises and individuals in the global pet field. As organizer says, "In an extremely competitive year", these finalists have stood out with their innovative breakthroughs, ingenious craftsmanship and outstanding achievements, becoming the benchmark force for the development of the industry.
PetQuip Awards covers 16 core categories this year, ranging from pioneering ethical products, outstanding customer service to community impact, comprehensively encompassing outstanding practices throughout the entire pet industry chain. The award review panel is composed of an independent expert group from the global pet care field, ensuring the authority and fairness of the results through a transparent and rigorous review process. It is worth mentioning that the 2025 PetQuip Awards ceremony was held for the first time at a new venue - the National Conference Centre in Birmingham, on September 29th, concurrently with the PATS exhibition. This industry grand event is far more than just "awarding prizes", guests reunite and exchange ideas with global peers in a relaxed and enthusiastic atmosphere, celebrating the achievements of the industry and conveying the passion and original intention that drive the pet industry forward. Continuing to deepen strategic cooperation and jointly draw a blueprint for the development of the pet industry in China and the UK CIPS has been sponsoring the PetQuip Awards "Sustainability Award" for three years, taking concrete actions to fulfill its commitment to the sustainable development of the global pet industry. The “SUSTAINABILITY AWARD” of this year was presented by Mr. Yu Hong, Business Vice President of China Great Wall International Exhibition, Head of the CIPS project. The British sustainable pet food enterprise (Grub Club) has won this award, and its practice in sustainable innovation and industry responsibility has been highly recognized. Industry experts and outstanding enterprises from all over the world witnessed the announcement of this highly anticipated award together. It is worth mentioning that the shortlisted company Landguth will also make an appearance at CIPS this year (booth No. : 10.2 Hall -F071). On the basis of the new PetQuip Awards collaboration this year, CIPS and PetQuip have further expanded the boundaries of their cooperation: through resource integration and platform sharing, on the one hand, it helps more Chinese pet enterprises connect with market resources in the UK and Europe, building an international display and trade bridge. On the other hand, it also provides precise matching support for British enterprises to enter the core markets of Asia (especially in China), promoting mutual empowerment between the two countries in areas such as the joint construction of pet industry standards, technological innovation collaboration, and marketing linkage, and steadily advancing the cooperation between the Chinese and British pet industries from "sustainable" to "high-quality". As an important platform for deepening international cooperation and practicing the concept of sustainability, CIPS will be grandly held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou from November 13th to 16th, 2025.
