1. When and where is the CIPS 2025?

3. How can I request an invitation letter?
There are three ways to apply for a visa invitation letter:
- Online Application via Registration
After completing your registration, click on "Visa Invitation" on the "Ticket Collection" page to submit your invitation letter application.
- Application on the CIPS Official Website
You can fill out the invitation letter application form directly on the CIPS official website: China International Pet Show (CIPS) - Visa Invitation.
- Email Application
Send the required information for the invitation letter to baibing@chgie. Please include the following details:
Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality, Passport Number, Passport Validity Period, Company Name, Date of First Entry, A clear photo of the first page of your passport
Our staff will assist you in processing your invitation letter.
4. Are there any recommended hotels near the venue?

5. Are the shuttles available to get to the convention center?

6. Are there lockers at the exhibition venue?
Lockers are available at the exhibition hall. However, please refer to the on-site arrangements for the most accurate information.
Buyer FAQs
1. How can I enter the exhibition hall?
Once registered, you can enter the exhibition hall with your ticket at the designated entrance. Please refer to the event instructions for more details on the entry process.
2. Are children admitted to CIPS?
You are welcome to bring your children to CIPS. However, for safety reasons, please visit the check-in desk to sign the relevant safety agreement before entering the exhibition. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
3. Can I bring my pets?
For safety and logistical reasons, pets are generally not allowed in the exhibition area. Please contact us in advance if you need further clarification regarding your specific situation.
4. Is my ticket (printed or electronic) valid for one or several days?
Your ticket is valid for all four days of the exhibition. Please take good care of your ticket and enjoy your visit!
