The 29th China International Pet Show (CIPS 2025) has successfully concluded. The four-day exhibition gathered 1,230 high-quality exhibitors and attracted professional visitors from 125 countries and regions for exchanges. The cumulative attendance during the exhibition reached 84,890, a year-on-year increase of 21%, bringing more active procurement demand to the venue. As the scale of international visitors continues to expand, the focus of procurement and exchanges at the exhibition has gradually shown different priorities from the past.

While mature markets such as Europe and the United States maintain a stable procurement rhythm, the consultation activity in emerging markets including the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Africa has significantly increased. Buyers from different regions have clearer concerns regarding product types, price ranges, minimum order quantities, and delivery capabilities, and their communication content is more direct and specific. The simultaneous emergence of demand from multiple regions has concentrated procurement and exchanges on actionable cooperation details.

As an important event in the global pet industry, CIPS gathers high-quality pet enterprises from around the world and serves as a core platform for showcasing innovative achievements and industry strength in segmented fields. In this exhibition, a number of pet enterprises from South Korea showcased their core products, covering multiple tracks such as pet medical care, food, supplies, and aquarium maintenance. Q: Could you briefly introduce your company and core products?

A: Founded in 2011, Smartsound has been deeply engaged in the field of sound technology R&D for more than ten years, with its core product being stethoscopes. In recent years, we have successfully expanded into the pet track and launched pet-specific stethoscopes. Addressing the pain point that pet owners struggle to determine whether heart sounds and breathing sounds are abnormal, the artificial intelligence system we equipped can automatically analyze sound data and accurately identify disease signals. It not only advises users to seek medical attention in a timely manner but also supports direct data sharing with veterinarians, helping with the early prevention and scientific monitoring of pet diseases.

Q: Why did you choose to participate in CIPS?

A: The Chinese pet market has enormous potential, and we hope to take CIPS as an important opportunity to explore this market. Meanwhile, leveraging the exhibition's extensive influence in the industry, we aim to establish a professional corporate image in the fields of pet healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and supplies, and promote high-quality South Korean pet products globally.

Q: Could you briefly introduce your company and core products?

A: The Pet Wants, a brand under Liv-Labs, focuses on the field of pet oral care. Its product matrix includes two types of toothpaste for both cats and dogs: a basic care version and a tartar-removing version, meeting different cleaning needs. Additionally, there is an ingeniously designed toothbrush with a magnet on the handle, which can be placed upright or attached to the wall, effectively avoiding mold growth. With its practical design, it has won widespread market recognition and achieved impressive sales performance.


Q: For participating in CIPS this time, what corporate image does your company hope to convey, what are the reasons for choosing this exhibition, and what are your future plans in the Chinese market?

A: Adhering to the core advantage of independent R&D, we hope to convey to the industry our corporate image of exploring the Chinese market with high-quality South Korean pet products. We chose to participate in CIPS because of its large-scale exhibition based in Guangzhou and its customer resources radiating across the country, which facilitates connecting with partners from various regions. In the future, we will accelerate market layout, officially enter the Chinese market as soon as possible, and allow our independently developed products to benefit more pets.

Popaco Co., Ltd.

 

Q: Could you briefly introduce your company and core products?

A: Popaco is an enterprise from South Korea. This time, we participated in CIPS with our pet brand Pedical, bringing a rich product line that includes a variety of pet snacks, as well as cat food and dog food fully covering the needs of cats and dogs. The product range is complete, capable of meeting the daily dietary needs of pets.

Q: For participating in CIPS this time, what message does your company hope to convey to the public and what plans do you have?

A: We hope to use CIPS, an international high-quality platform, to make consumers from more countries and regions aware of the Pedical brand, and then understand and love our products. This is our first time participating in CIPS. The exhibition gathers seller resources from many countries around the world, providing an excellent opportunity for enterprises to go global. Therefore, we plan to take this opportunity to export our products to more countries and further expand our global market footprint.

Ocean Flow Inc.

 

Q: Could you briefly introduce your company and core advantages?

A: Ocean Flow is a South Korean enterprise focusing on environmentally friendly pet products. Its core advantage lies in R&D and production of products using safe, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly materials. For example, the pet cooling mat is created using exclusive environmental technology, and we are currently the only brand in the world mastering this technology. This is our first foray into the Chinese market, and we are very optimistic about its broad development potential. CIPS gathers a large number of high-quality buyers from home and abroad, providing an important platform for enterprises to promote environmentally friendly pet products globally.

Q: What are your plans for the Chinese market?

A: The Chinese pet market is growing rapidly. We are actively advancing our layout in China, including promoting the localization adaptation of promotional content and establishing strategic cooperation with local brands in Shanghai. We are expected to officially launch business operations in China in January next year, so please look forward to our wonderful performance.

Q: What are your feelings about participating in CIPS this time?

A: CIPS is a highly influential industry platform that gathers numerous high-quality buyers and sellers from around the world, building an efficient bridge for promoting global pet trade. Q: Could you introduce your company?

A: ZISS AQUA is a South Korean company founded in 2014. All products, including spare parts, are produced in South Korea. Our products enable fish to be properly maintained in healthy and clean water. ZISS AQUA has a comprehensive product line. We adhere to independent design from the product planning stage, have successfully obtained relevant patents, and achieved commercialization and export. Currently, in addition to exporting to China, our products are also widely exported to European and American countries such as the United States, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, winning widespread attention in the global market. This is our first time participating in CIPS, and we have gained a lot from having the opportunity to communicate face-to-face with many foreign buyers.

A: CIPS is already an internationally renowned industry exhibition. It not only allows us to contact Chinese customers but also connects us with global buyers, which is exactly the purpose of our participation.

We are a South Korean technology enterprise focusing on pet health. This time, we participated in CIPS and brought a variety of core products, including pet deodorizers, joint care supplements, and immunity boosters, dedicated to supporting the healthy growth of pets through scientific formulas.

NEOCL

Q: Could you briefly introduce your company and core products?

A: NEOCL is a South Korean enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of pet sterilization and deodorization products. Its core product is a pet-specific sterilization and deodorant. The product uses chlorine dioxide and water as the main raw materials, with strong sterilization effect and high safety. Even if directly sprayed on pets, there is no need to worry.

Q: What are your feelings about participating in CIPS this year?

A: Through this participation, we have not only established close contacts with many industry enterprises but also gained an in-depth understanding of the latest development trends in the pet industry, with gains exceeding expectations. We plan to participate in CIPS again next year and look forward to reuniting with industry partners to seek common development.

We are a South Korean enterprise focusing on the R&D and design of pet care products. This time, participating in CIPS, we brought oral protection films specially developed for dogs. The core advantage of the product is that it is supported by a large number of clinical trial data, making its quality and effect more reliable. Q: Could you briefly introduce your company and exhibited products?

A: Located in South Jeolla Province, South Korea, BioCorp has been deeply engaged in the krill oil industry for ten years. Participating in CIPS this time, we brought a variety of core products: including the next-generation Omega-3 product exclusively produced globally; special anti-inflammatory SPM products; fucoidan extracted from kelp; and cordycepin products with the highest global content currently available. The product categories cover multiple dimensions of pet health care.

Q: What are your feelings about participating in CIPS this time?

A: At the exhibition, we met many pet health product and pharmaceutical companies as well as brand owners, and there are already many ongoing cooperation negotiations. We believe we have gained a lot from this exhibition and look forward to achieving even better results next year. Thank you all!
