Supply Chain Docking: Manufacturer Roadshow and Cross-Border Matching Conference
The finale of the event focused on "resource implementation". Through manufacturer roadshows and Cross-Border Ecosystem 1v1, it opened up the "brand demand - supply chain support" link, realizing precise matching among platforms, factories, and sellers, and enabling efficient implementation of business opportunities.
Manufacturer Roadshow: Display of High-quality Supply Chain Strength
In the pet products manufacturer roadshow session, representatives from 4 core factories took the stage one after another to showcase their core advantages to participants, including production capacity scale, product characteristics, and cooperation models, helping sellers quickly understand the strength of the supply chain, clarify goals for subsequent docking, and establish cooperation awareness in advance.
Cross-Border Ecosystem 1v1: Efficient Matching of Business Opportunities
At the pet cross-border procurement docking meeting, two areas were divided on site: "Pet Supplies Procurement Docking Area" and "Cross-border Resource 1V1 Docking Area":
Procurement Docking Area: 10 high-quality pet factories (including 4 roadshow enterprises and 6 characteristic enterprises) brought samples to the site, covering categories such as pet beds, cat litter, aquatic supplies, and reptile supplies. Sellers could inspect products face-to-face and negotiate cooperation.
Resource Docking Area: Platform guests from Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, eMAG, etc., were present on site to conduct in-depth exchanges with sellers on platform entry, operation details and other issues, realizing "direct official platform docking". The atmosphere on site was enthusiastic, and many participants reached preliminary cooperation intentions with factories and platforms, truly achieving "effective resource docking".

At present, the global pet economy is in a critical period of value chain reshaping. With flexible manufacturing and rapid iteration capabilities, China's supply chain is ushering in a golden era of brand overseas expansion. The 2025 CIPS & YUGUO Cross-border E-commerce Pet Supplies Sharing Seminar adhered to the principle of "practicality and effectiveness" throughout. All content was carried out around the core needs of cross-border overseas expansion. From platform operation to channel exploration, from trend insights to resource docking, it was not only a centralized output of information, but also an effective integration of resources and precise connection of cooperation.
In the future, CIPS and YUGUO Cross-border E-commerce will continue to build a communication platform for pet supplies to go overseas, link high-quality global resources, and will also continue to launch in-depth vertical industry seminars and resource docking activities, enter more core industrial belts of categories, help sellers open up the entire overseas expansion chain, and assist more Chinese pet brands in going global. Looking forward to meeting again next time to explore new industry opportunities!
