November 13: Opening Ceremony of the 7th "PANGOL" Cup CGGC Great Wall World Pet Grooming Congress

The 7th "PANGOL" Cup CIPS Global Grooming Conference launched on November 13, welcoming over 50 distinguished guests and organizational representatives from more than 10 countries and regions—including the UK, Romania, Serbia, Russia, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Mongolia. Centered on international talent development, industry education, and professional skill exchange, the congress presented a series of annual accolades on-site, driving China’s pet grooming industry toward greater standardization, professionalism, and global integration.

Three world-renowned terrier grooming and breeding masters—Mr. Dorin Spirea (Romania), Ms. ZITA (Serbia), and Mr. Bill Brown-Cole (UK)—led an exclusive workshop, focusing on three popular terrier breeds: Scottish Terrier, West Highland White Terrier, and Fox Terrier. The 7th "PANGOL" Cup "Golden Fingers" International Pet Grooming Championship Invitational Tournament kicked off on November 14, attracting over 200 contestants from across the globe to compete in seven categories. Adhering strictly to international standards, the competition was judged by a panel of international referees, who evaluated contestants on creative styling and practical skills to ensure professional and fair adjudication. Notably, teacher teams from universities across China participated collectively for the first time, infusing new energy into the event. Beyond a mere competition, this championship has evolved into a core platform for global elite groomers to share practical experience, showcase cutting-edge skills, and exchange industry knowledge. November 15: The 7th China Vocational Colleges Pet Grooming League at the CIPS Global Groooming Conference

The 7th China  Vocational Colleges Pet Grooming League & the 8th Pet Grooming Special Competition of the China Small Animal Skills Competition adheres to the core philosophy of "Building a Platform for Mutual Growth", with the goal of "showcasing teaching achievements and elevating talent development". Focused on empowering vocational education and aligning teaching with industry demands, it has become one of China’s largest, most professional, and most influential pet grooming competitions for higher vocational colleges. Key highlights included:

The introduction of a new teacher category to strengthen the development of "dual-qualified" teachers in vocational colleges, establishing a tripartite collaboration model involving the education sector, industry associations, and enterprises. Coverage of multiple modules including creative styling and pet care, fully aligned with industry standards, attracting over 300 teachers and students from 32 colleges nationwide. Over 100 students and 10 teachers advanced to the finals, laying a solid talent foundation for the pet grooming industry and driving the coordinated development of vocational education and the sector.
