CIPS 2026–the 30th China International Pet  Show – will be held from November 12 to 15, 2026, at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. Joining forces once again, the CIPS, the Arowana Branch and Stingray Branch of the China Fisheries Association will co-host the world’s top-tier Arowana, Tiger Fish and Stingray competition.

Widely hailed as the Oscars of the global aquarium industry, the CIPS Global Arowana, Tiger Fish & Stingray Championship has long focused on premium Arowana, Tiger Fish and Stingray varieties. It brings together top fish farms worldwide, veteran hobbyists, industry elites and professional judges. Adhering to strict and impartial judging criteria, the competition showcases the ultimate grace of every elite fish specimen and witnesses the annual pinnacle glory of the aquarium community.

Arowana Division: Competitive grading for Red Arowana, Golden Arowana, Crossback Arowana, Classic Arowana and rare specialty strains. Judges evaluate metallic luster, color gradient, body shape and swimming posture.

Tiger Fish Division: Special sessions for Thai Tiger Fish, Indonesian Tiger Fish, entry-level premium specimens and top-tier collector-grade Tiger Fish, assessed against benchmarks for stripe pattern, body color and physique.
