Over the past seven years since its establishment, CGGC has consistently featured over 20 international master groomers and grooming school principals demonstrating their signature techniques on stage each year, alongside nearly 200 frontline salon groomers competing onsite.

In 2025, to highlight the international synergy between the China International Pet Show (CIPS) and CGGC, and to strengthen CGGC’s global influence through alignment with other international events, we have invited a panel of world-class pet grooming experts to serve as competition judges, including Ms. ZITA, Vice President of the Serbian Kennel Club; Mr. Bill Browne-Cole, UK All-Breed Judge; Mr. Dorin Spirea, Romania’s top terrier breeding specialist; and Ms. Galina, founder of Russia’s iconic kennel.

Undertale: International Terrier Grooming Masters Legacy Workshop

As a key highlight of this year’s congress, three world-renowned terrier grooming masters—ZITA, Dorin Spirea, and Bill Browne-Cole—have been invited to deliver targeted theoretical lectures and hands-on demonstrations on West Highland White Terriers, Scottish Terriers, and Fox Terriers respectively. The program has attracted principals from over 20 domestic pet grooming schools, introducing cutting-edge international theories and techniques. It effectively facilitates the integration of domestic and international pet grooming methods, injecting new vitality into China’s terrier grooming industry.

International Pet Grooming Championship Invitational Tournament

The 7th "PANGOL” Cup “Golden Fingers” International Pet Groomer Championship Invitational Tournament has gathered over 200 competitors from multiple countries and regions. Teams from European and Southeast Asian nations are participating, with university faculty teams joining for the first time, reflecting a trend toward greater professionalism and internationalization. Adhering strictly to international standards, the competition has invited a panel of judges with top-tier international officiating credentials to ensure full professionalism and fairness throughout the event.

IGC Companion Cat Grooming and Care National Professional Competition

This league brings together 45 elite cat groomers from across China, balancing professional competition with knowledge sharing. In a strategic collaboration with the CFF CAT GROOMING SHOW, the league has invited CFA All-Breed licensed judges and leading cat grooming masters from Russia and Europe to officiate, aligning with international professional standards.

CGGC International Master Class

Ms. Galina, founder of the iconic kennel "DIVNOE DIVO" with 16 years of breeding and grooming experience, presented a spectacular display of grooming artistry with her show-quality Norwich Terriers.This showcase not only captured the latest global trends in pet grooming but also provided invaluable learning opportunities for practitioners and enthusiasts in attendance through Ms. Galina’s live demonstration. It significantly promoted the dissemination and exchange of terrier grooming techniques, vividly embodying the exhibition’s core mission of driving technology sharing and empowering industry development.

CIPS Global Grooming Conference Opening Ceremony and Award Ceremony

The opening ceremony assembled over 50 distinguished guests from more than 10 countries and regions including the UK, Romania, Serbia, Russia, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Mongolia, as well as representatives from 40+ global industry organizations. Focusing on international talent development, industry education, and professional skill exchange, the ceremony presented a series of annual awards covering the entire industrial chain, continuing to propel China’s pet grooming industry toward standardization, professionalism, and internationalization.

7th China Vocational Colleges Pet Grooming League at the CIPS Global Grooming Conference

Covering multiple modules including creative styling and pet care, this league aligns with industry standards and attracted over 300 teachers and students from 32 colleges. More than 100 students and 10+ teachers advanced to the finals.

Guided by the philosophy of "Building Platforms, Achieving Mutual Growth", the league focuses on empowering vocational education and aims to integrate teaching with industry needs. A new teacher category was added this year to strengthen the development of "double-qualified" faculty teams in vocational colleges, establishing a tripartite collaboration model involving educational institutions, industry associations, and enterprises.

CGGC International Grooming Night Banquet

The CGGC International Night Banquet will bring a grand gathering to the conference, uniting international judges, master judges, and grooming competitors from around the world. This warm yet prestigious event offers attendees a rare opportunity to connect with elite professionals in the pet grooming industry across different countries and regions.

In a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, participants will share insights, innovative ideas, and discuss the latest trends and developments in pet grooming. Beyond fostering deeper mutual understanding, this networking experience will spark inspiration and elevate professional skills through meaningful exchanges.
