Hosted by Zhuoting International Marketing Planning Co., Ltd., and co-operated with partners including China International Pet Show (CIPS) and Linjia (Shenzhen) Import and Export Co., Ltd., this special exhibition deeply integrated the cultural feelings of Hong Kong's Goldfish Street with the reptile pet theme in a cross-border integration form. It brought a thematic experience that combines fun, popular science and immersion to pet industry merchants, enthusiasts, parent-child families and ordinary citizens. In addition to the physical exhibition, the event site also included interactive experiences and explanations from professional breeders. This unique reptile pet exhibition became a focal point where numerous audiences stopped and lingered.
1. Lifting the Veil of Mystery
Deep in the neon lights of Mong Kok, Hong Kong, Tung Choi Street (Goldfish Street) hides a half-century-long legend of exotic pets. Transforming from a paradise for ornamental fish in the 1950s into Hong Kong's largest reptile pet-themed street, this "Oriental Reptile Pet Mecca" that even the BBC made a special trip to explore unveiled its mystery through an immersive special exhibition!
2. Immersive Scene Restoration, Awakening Hong Kong-style Emotional Memories
One of the biggest highlights of this special exhibition is the authentic restoration of classic elements of Hong Kong's Goldfish Street in the exhibition area, such as retro signboards, neon lights and streetscape atmosphere. When audiences step into it, they feel as if they have traveled to that story-filled Goldfish Street in Hong Kong, and naturally integrate into the experience and dissemination of reptile pet culture in the scene interwoven with nostalgia and novelty.

3. Balancing Interaction and Education to Promote Positive Dissemination of Reptile Pet Culture

The special exhibition also set up a wealth of interactive and popular science sessions:
"Reptile Pet Zero-Distance Contact" Experience Zone: No need to be timid! Professional breeders provide full escort throughout. You can witness the shocking moment of lizards' "lightning predation" with your own eyes, touch the rough ancient lines of turtle shells under guidance, feel the little-known gentle side of cold-blooded animals, and enjoy an immersive experience of accompanying reptile pets.
Expert Knowledge Sharing: Invited reptile pet experts came to the scene to deeply interpret the unique secrets of "vertical ecological tank design" in Hong Kong, and share the wonderful application of genetic technology in the conservation of rare reptile pets. The content covers feeding skills, breed popular science and ecological construction, catering to both beginners and advanced enthusiasts to meet the needs of audiences at different levels.
4. Significance of the Event

This special exhibition is also a regional narrative practice with both cultural depth and contemporary warmth.
The exhibition has realized the activation and translation of urban memories: by replicating signboards, neon lights and street scenes, it has transformed Goldfish Street, an iconic symbol of Hong Kong's urban life, into an immersive and tangible scene. At the same time, it is a concentrated display of Oriental reptile pet culture: Goldfish Street represents a unique Asian pet-raising culture and aesthetics, and the exhibition highlights the Oriental understanding of the pet relationship of "observation, collection and symbiosis". Finally, the special exhibition undertakes the role of breaking public cognitive barriers: through zero-distance contact with reptile pets and popular science, the exhibition tries to break the "alien" label and cognitive estrangement that have long shrouded reptile pets, and guide the audience to shift from fear and curiosity to understanding and respect.
From the street to the exhibition hall, from local memory to public narrative, this special exhibition not only reproduces the legend of a street, but also completes a cultural translation, dialogue and inheritance. It allows regional culture to break through geographical boundaries, brings niche hobbies into public view, and enables a story about life, streets and times to be seen, remembered and continued.
